ESCOTELE: Supercharging Digital Transformation

Al Shirawi aimed for a rapid migration of its email data and
collaboration platform to Google Workspace. To get there, iSolutions
delivered a basic proof-of-concept before developing a six-month
migration plan for the wider company.

The challenge

Escotele was looking to boost its productivity, enable smooth
collaboration,high availability and speed for its application. They also
wanted to secure remote access in a distributed work environment by
hosting applications on cloud.

The solution

iSolutions provided a refactoring for the application before migrating to
Google Cloud Platform without facing any issues during the process.
The solution consisted of supporting Escotele in their strategic
planning, rolling out the cloud strategy, and securely hosting backup
on Google Cloud in different regions.

The result

Escotele has expanded from 500 to 3000 devices. This is coming from
the fact that the application was running smoothly and protected from
any server shutdown or cybersecurity attacks. They were able to save
money on software, platforms and infrastructure. The support and
services received from Google and iSolutions and the GCP cost
makes it stand out between their competitors.
